Our Deposit Process

We have recently implemented a deposit system, due to the increased number of late cancellations. This is something we have held off doing for a long time.

We now require to secure a booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit 10 working days prior to the removal. The remaining balance is then to be paid in full 5 working days prior to the move. If the removal is postponed or cancelled within 3 days of the booking start of the move, no funds will be refunded, otherwise there will be a 50% refund to the total charge.
